I have had this Rib-O-Lator for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT!! The food that comes off of this is amazing. My personal favorite thing to cook is wings. I put the grill at about 225 and keep them on for about one hour. I promise you- it’ll be the best wings you’ve ever made. I’ve cooked ribs, wings, brats, meatloaf, burgers, vegetables, potatoes, chicken beasts, and more… EVERYTHING I cook comes off SOOO nice and juicy. My trick is – low temperature and don’t open the lid. The quality of the unit is super nice. Very heavy duty. Super easy to use. You’ll have this thing out of the box and ready in 3 minutes. After enjoying all this amazing food – just put the trays in the dishwasher. They come out like brand new! Super easy. I use this Rib-O-Lator on a 2014 model Weber Summit S-470 with a cordless rotisserie motor I bought on Amazon. It fits the Weber Summit perfectly!! The Summit is such a tall grill you can use the Rib-O-Lator with the cooking grates still in. I usually take the grates out and put an aluminum tray on top of the flavorizer bars (to catch all of the drippings) I bought another Rib-O-Lator for my father in law. He has a 2014 model Weber Genesis. It’s not as tall as the Summit. The Genesis is a little more shallow. On the Weber Genesis you’ll have to remove the grates and the flavorizer bars to get enough clearance. But don’t worry about flare-ups. When you cook with the Rib-O-Lator you use indirect heat. Meaning, you’ll use the outside burners and turn off the middle burner(s). This Rib-o-Lator is perfectly sized for the Weber Genesis and the unit fits between the 2 outside burners. Again, so you won’t have flare-ups from drippings. The seller, Bob, is a great guy too. I have emailed back and forth with him asking questions etc. The thing the impresses me is that he usually responds to emails within minutes. Not days. That’s impressive!!! Great invention Bob. Every griller should own it.

Thanks again for your product. It is amazing and because there is so much cooking space it cuts grilling by nearly 1/2 the time because we can cook so many things at once. My husband absolutely loves it. Kind regards, Nichole N. Idaho

I have two Ribolators, one for my Weber kettle and one for my gas grill. The following is how i made one of the best french dip sandwiches i have ever had. (1) a 2.09 lb Eye of Round was used,(Brought to room temp) i tide it to the tray using butcher string to keep it in place. (2) Heavy coat of Morton’s Season All (3) I used some hickory smoking chips to add a nice smoke flavor. (4) There was no searing, the seasoning provided a thin tasty crust. (5) When the temp gets around 125 – 127 degrees, take it off & Tent 17 minutes. (6) I used a meat slicer to cut paper thin slices, making it very tender. (7) This less expensive beef came out great, and made one of the best sandwiches i have had in a long time. As a Note: I’ve been a General Manager of a large Full Service Restaurant & have cooked steaks on a Gas Grill for Customers. The Ribolator takes a little longer to cook but the steaks cook to Perfection.

I compete in about 10 BBQ competitions a year, and I usually place 1st or 2nd in chicken when I cook it on The Rib-o-lator. What I like about The Rib-o-lator is that it cooks everything evenly with no hot or cold spots so my chicken turns out juicy and golden brown every time. I never leave home without it.

I live in Australia, and I saw your Ribolator watching YouTube videos. When I saw The Rib-O-lator I knew I had to have it. I have utilized it each day since I got it and it works even greater than I had hoped. Do you need any Rib-O-lator distributors down under? Cheers mate.

I am 9 years old and my dad bought me a Rib-o-lator as a present. So far I have won 1st and 2nd place in two different BBQ competitions cooking burgers on The Rib-o-lator. It’s so easy to use. Also I want to thank you for putting my pictures on your website.

I was skeptical about The Rib-o-lator working the way you said it would, but was I wrong. The first thing I cooked was some fish and I cooked it the way you suggested on your web site, and you were right — it melted in my mouth like butter. Thanks for a great product.

I’m a former chef and restaurant owner (semi-retired), playing with my 5 grills and smokers. I’d seen professional bbq’s with ferris-wheel-type shelves and was full of smiles when I saw a version meant for the home griller. The Rib-o-lator has met all of my expectations. It is foolproof, helps cook some of the most evenly cooked and juicy foods — whether meats or vegetables — and is a must-have for anyone with a rotisserie in their grill. I’ve cooked various foods on my Rib-o-lator, from hoer d’oeuvres to meatloaf to wings to breaded fried chicken to ribs, and all have come out fantastic. Highly recommended! “I had some unbelievable table scraps that came off the Rib-O-Lator, Chicken I think, I ate it so fast I couldn’t tell. But it was definitely better than the last place I ate. I would definitely eat off the rib-o-lator again.”
